Each package is a complete tablescape for your dinner, including linens, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, candles, and decorative elements that define the look.

what's included in a plated package?

Yes. We deliver everything to your door and pick it up afterward. You don’t have to drop anything off or carry boxes around the city.

DO YOU DELIVER AND PICKUP?

No deep cleaning required. Just remove all food residue and pack everything into the provided sleeves. We’ll take care of the rest.

do i need to clean anything?

As soon as you know your date. Package availability varies, especially for weekends and larger groups.

how far in advance should i book?

Yes. You can add custom menus, personalized place cards, and floral elements if you want something more tailored. If you have a specific theme or idea, custom tablescapes are also available upon request.

can i customize a package?

Right now, Plated is only accepting bookings within the New York Metropolitan area. 

do you offer flowers?

We offer a few approaches. Some packages include styled florals as part of the look, others offer florals as add-ons. 

do you ship outside of new york?

Setup is simple and designed for you to do in a few steps. You’ll get a placement guide that shows exactly where everything goes, so the table lands the way it was intended. 

Yes — we design custom tables for brand moments, private dinners, launches, press events, and influencer gatherings. If you’re looking to create a specific visual story for your event, we’ll build the table around it. 

do you offer brand dinners?

Standard rentals cover the dinner itself with time to set up and break down — typically 24 to 48 hours depending on your date and schedule.
